Digital Heat Transfers

This is the process of printing onto a digital heat transfer and the image is then heat pressed onto the T-Shirt, sport shirt and certain bags. This is a more cost efficient than screen printing on smaller quantities 

Digital Labels

Digital labels can be custom cut to size and either be laminated or domed (giving the label a 3D effect) for certain corporate gifts and bags. 

Embroidery

Embroidery can be done on corporate wear, conti suits and certain sports bags. Your company name/slogan/log or individual names can be embroidered directly on the item or a badge can be made to stitch or glue onto the item. 

Engraving

Metal and wood products are well suited for engraving, including folders and plaques

Laser plastic is engrave to make door plaques

Perspex and wooden cut outs can also be made to use as stencils. 

Pad printing

Small to medium coporate gifts are pad printed eg. Mugs, water bottles, flasks, pens, silicone bands, memory sticks, power banks, hard hats, holders, diaries, keyrings, bottle holders etc 

Silkscreening

Silkscreening is the ideal method of printing directly onto T-shirts, golf shirts, sport shirts, conti suits, panels as well as medium to large size gifts and bags.

Sign boards, boxes, diaries and umbrellas can be silkscreened. 

Sublimation

Sport Shirts,  Panels, Table clothes or any item made from polyester materials can be sublimated as well as certain coffee mugs which have a sublimated coating on. 

Video Flex

Similar to Digital heat transfers except a coloured material is cut to size and heat pressed onto the items. This is a more cost efficient than screen printing on smaller quantities. This is an ideal method for branding sport shirts or T-Shirts.
